  When I was in High School,in our Home Economics,I had to learn how to make a bread loaf from scratch. We didn't have a Breadmaker of such,but we did have a great big oven. We used our own ground wheat from our crops & also used filteted water. It made the bread loaf taste alot better.

  They seem to use cheap white bread from Foodland,which is not that far from the Bakery & Cafe. It also seems that they don't know how to make their own loaf of bread from scratch,instead of buying it from a Supermarket.
